Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely! You’ll receive the exact same product as pictured. Our team works diligently to capture every detail of our furniture so you can shop with confidence. While slight natural differences in wood grain or fabric texture might exist (a hallmark of handcrafted quality), the style, size, and finish will be identical to the image you see.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt is easily accessible in two convenient ways:
 
  1. Account Dashboard: Log into your account, go to the "My Orders" tab, find the order you need, and click the "View Receipt" button to access a full PDF version of your receipt.
  2. Email Confirmation: A copy of your sales receipt was automatically sent to the email address associated with your account at the time of purchase. You can search your inbox for the order confirmation email to retrieve it.

How can I return an item?
  • Initiate a return request: Log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the item you wish to return, and click "Request a Return". Provide a clear reason for the return.
  • Wait for approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions once approved.
  • Pack and ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible), include the return authorization number on the outside of the box, and send it to the address provided in the confirmation email.
  • Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We aim to restock most out-of-stock items. To get notified when it’s back, enter your email on the product page and we’ll send you an alert right away! If an item is marked as discontinued, it will not be restocked, but our team can recommend similar products.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States, including residential homes, apartments, and PO boxes (where applicable). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team to check availability and rates. You can also select a local pickup option at our warehouse during checkout if you prefer to collect your order in person.
