By placing an order on the Site, You agree to the terms of this Policy. We strive to ensure Your satisfaction with every purchase and comply with applicable United States consumer protection laws, including the FTC\u2019s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. You will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions once Your request is approved. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the return is approved, we will process a refund to Your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable restocking fees (up to 15% of the product price, applicable to certain items such as electronics or large furniture).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that it may take additional time for Your financial institution to process the refund and credit the funds to Your account (typically 3-7 business days, depending on Your bank or credit card issuer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
