Shipping and Delivery Policy
We ship to the contiguous U.S. (residential, apartments, PO boxes). Local pickup is available. Standard shipping: 3-7 business days; expedited/overnight options available for a fee. Orders process in 1-2 business days; tracking is sent post-shipping. International shipping available for select products (contact support).
Delivery Requirements
For residential and apartment deliveries, the carrier may leave the package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive it, unless you have requested a signature upon delivery. For PO box deliveries, packages will be left at the designated PO box once delivered by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable status, or failure to pick up (for PO boxes), you will be notified via email. You may request a reshipment (with an additional shipping fee) or a refund (minus original shipping costs) within 7 days of notification.
