For residential and apartment deliveries, the carrier may leave the package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive it, unless you have requested a signature upon delivery. For PO box deliveries, packages will be left at the designated PO box once delivered by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable status, or failure to pick up (for PO boxes), you will be notified via email. You may request a reshipment (with an additional shipping fee) or a refund (minus original shipping costs) within 7 days of notification.
